CONFERENCE
This project searches for my African roots and the way that they contribute to my work as a designer. I start with handicraft techniques, gestures, habits and experiences has a stimuli for the creation of objects that are the fusion between western context, where I was born and raised, and African references (Angola and Cabo Verde) that I learned from a distance. This project was intended to develop objects that show this cultural exchange and blend what is close to what is distant.
