NATURAL is a project that intends to approach semi-industrial pastry to modern concepts of health and food habits. Introducing new ingredients to traditional shapes and prime matters of Portuguese pastry, relating it with new aromas and tastes, stressing that it is a fresh and dairy product, and that can be included in a balanced diet.
