How do I get the EXD MAG App?

You can download EXD MAG directly from your iPad through the App Store or you can follow this link which will take you there via iTunes.



What do I get with the EXD MAG App?

The EXD MAG App gives you access to all issues of EXD MAG, made exclusively for the iPad and published quarterly. The App lets you read previously purchased issues, purchase new issues, subscribe and/or manage your subscription, manage your EXD MAG account and manage your library. You will need iOS version 4.3 and above to use the App.



What editorial content do I get in EXD MAG?

Each issue of EXD MAG contains uniquely crafted content only available in the iPad App. Every single page is designed to take full advantage of the iPad’s interactivity, giving you video interviews, full screen photography, interactive sound & infographics, soundtracks, user-generated content and much, much more.



Do I need a working Internet connection to use EXD MAG?

Nope. Once you have downloaded an issue you can read it wherever, whenever.



How am I notified when the latest issue is available to download?

When you open the EXD MAG App, it’ll tell you if there’s a new issue ready for download. If you prefer to be notified you can also get update notices from the App Store when new issues are available, or enable push notifications.



Can I share issues I purchased on my iPad App with a friend?

No, sorry, you can’t. But you can invite a friend over for some food or a drink and enjoy EXD MAG together.



How much does EXD MAG cost?

The App itself is free. Once you have it, you can either purchase single issues for 0.99€ or set up a money-saving subscription (12.00€ for two years) to download issues as they become available.



Can I subscribe to EXD MAG?

Yes. You can subscribe from within the App by following the “Subscribe” link found in the Library. Or you can buy a subscription on your iPad from the App Store or from iTunes.



How are subscriptions renewed?

If you buy a subscription through the App Store or your iTunes account, your subscription with Apple will automatically renew until you cancel it.



How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it through your iTunes account. If you’d like to turn off auto-renew, you can do so by changing your settings in iTunes.



Can I buy single issues of EXD MAG without subscribing?

Yes. Single copies are available through the App for 0.99€ without a subscription. But you can save money by setting up a subscription for just 12.00€ for two years.



Can I purchase back issues of EXD MAG?

Yes. All back issues of the iPad edition, beginning with the October 2013 launch issue, are available through the App.



What is an EXD MAG account?

The EXD MAG account is your personal account for everything EXD MAG. When you log into to your EXD MAG account you can change your email or password as well as review your subscription and purchased issues. You can also redeem bonus products and special offers.



Do I need an EXD MAG account?

Nope. You’re free to use EXD MAG without an account. But for each issue we add new features to the magazine, both big and small, and some of these might require an EXD MAG account to be used to full effect.



How do I create an EXD MAG account?

You can create an account from within the App by accessing the Settings and clicking on EXD MAG account. You need an active Internet connection for it to work.



Will the App run on my iPhone/Android/BlackBerry smartphone?

Nope. The EXD MAG App is designed for a large screen and currently only for the iPad. We hope to offer apps for other devices in the future.



How many editions are stored on my iPad?

All purchased issues will be stored on your iPad. If you delete an issue off of your iPad you can re-download it at any time at no cost.
