OKO (RS)

Holds a MA – Animation and New Media Department (2010-13) and a BA – Art History and Education (Painting, 2007-10), both by The Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. OKO’s paintings, wall paintings and installations have been shown in galleries and museums such as Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb, Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and e-flux in New York, but simultaneously she also realises projects in the public space, and her work is embedded within the urban street culture. For over a decade she has been performing clandestine installations on the streets, using graphic techniques, such as linocut, etching and drawings. OKO also participates in various street and graffiti art initiatives. She lives in London and Zagreb.
