TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION

Guided tours and workshop require previous registration.

— If activities don´t have the required minimum number of participants, they can still occur by paying the minimum price.
— Payments most be made 5 days prior to the selected event.

Guided tours:

— Groups have to pay the registration of every participant at the same time.
— Upon registration, you can choose the schedule that suits you best. In case you are late, you will only enjoy the rest of the event. In case of no-show, the event will only be rebooked depending on the team availability.

PAYMENT

— Registration fee must be paid by transfer to:
Experimenta – Associação para a Promoção do Design de Cultura de Projecto.

Proof of payment must be sent to edu@experimentadesign.pt

— For cash payments, you can visit us at Lounging Space:
Praça do Príncipe Real 19
1250-184 Lisboa
10:00-20:00

— Registration will only be confirmed after good cashing of the payment.
— If you need a receipt, please send us your fiscal information with name, phone and address upon sending the proof of payment. It will be sent afterwards by email.

CANCELLATION

— To get reimbursed, cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the event date.
— From the reimbursed value, transfer costs will be deducted.
