CASA DA MÚSICA (citylight poster), 2009
Designed for the concert of North-American band The Last Poets, it is part of a series of 7 promotional for the “Música e Revolução” festival, organized at Casa da Música in April. It seeks to portray the atmosphere that propitiated the formation of the band, in the fight for the rights of African-Americans. In the “arm” we can read a line from a poem by Little Willie Kgostile, who gave rise to the band’s name.
