COSSACKS ARE HERE (poster), 2007
From February 2 and 25 2007, an empty, run-down apartment on Lisbon’s Rua da Boavista was the subject of an intervention by André Lemos, João Maio Pinto, Pedro Zamith and Manuel João Vieira, who covered the walls with drawings. At the end of the show, the apartment was renovated, erasing all traces of the event. This originated several peripheral materials, such as a collection of silkscreen prints, acting as a record of the practitioners’ intervention on the space. A mock-up of one of the exhibition posters, this silkscreen print was one of those graphic pieces. Printed at Mike Goes West serigraph studio.
