Pata Negra is carved in wood from a life-size model, namely, the eponymous ham, a gastronomic and cultural reference of the Iberian Peninsula that lends this stool a particular interpretation in regions where this delicacy is known. Spontaneous and full of meaning, Pata Negra alludes to shared imagery that immediately registers the humorous word game, the vernacular design and, of course, its surprising legs.
